Many talented, compassionate individuals wanted to enter the ABA field but had no structured pathway — no clear roadmap, no quality training, and no guidance on how to get certified.
Families and schools across India and the UAE needed trained behavior technicians. Yet the supply of ABAT®-certified professionals remained critically low — creating both a social need and a career opportunity.
With 10+ years of hands-on ABA experience, our founder Sumaiya Fathima built Behavior Craft Academy to deliver the rigorous, practical, and internationally recognized training she wished had existed when she started.
